How is The BBR Nutrition Course Different from The BBR Coaching Program?

The Boss Body Nutrition Course is a self-paced online course that's designed for you to do on your own. It does not come with support or from a coach, and is best for self-motivated individuals who don't want much accountability. It's also a lower investment than coaching.  

The BBR Coaching Program  is our signature, 1:1 coaching program with our team. You will get personalized plans created by your coach and a lot of support and accountability to make sure you're staying consistent and seeing results. We offer group or private coaching options. If you prefer coaching instead, click here to learn more. 
Does this work if I'm vegetarian / vegan? 
Yes! We have many vegetarian and vegans take our course. We teach you a flexible eating style unique to YOUR body and preferences. We have a vegetarian and non-vegetarian meal guide. 
How much time will it require? 
We would recommend going through one module a week. There are 9 modules total, so it would take around 9 weeks to go through everything. 
Do I get a meal plan?
We do not give out rigid meal plans, because they aren't sustainable long-term, and don't teach you anything about nutrition. Instead, we teach you how to eat in a flexible, sustainable way to see the best results for YOUR unique body. 
Can I take the course if I have PCOS or Hypothyroidism? 
Yes! While is not medical treatment or advice, we have many women who have PCOS and Hypothyroidism go through our programs, and lose weight successfully. We also have a whole section on PCOS in our course.

However, we STRONGLY recommend doing The BBR Coaching program for 1:1 support if you have PCOS or hypothyroidism. This conditions will greatly benefit from a personalized plan. You can  click here to apply for The BBR Coaching Program.
